Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Operations & Strategic Execution
The Chief Operating Officer translates AIFX’s strategic objectives into tactical execution. Working with the executive team, the COO owns development and execution of business and solution roadmaps, aligning priorities, programs, and resources across AIFX, its partners, and customers. The role establishes operational plans, drives cross-functional coordination, and manages delivery performance. The COO identifies and resolves gaps to ensure strategic objectives are delivered on time, at or below planned cost, and at scale.

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
AI & Network Architecture
The Chief Technology Officer defines and leads AIFX’s technology strategy, architecture, and technical roadmaps. Working with the executive team, the CTO translates business and solution requirements into technical requirements and leads software development, integration, testing, deployment, and technical support. The role leads AIFX AI Factory architecture, deterministic networking, and integration across compute, network, and partner technologies. The CTO coordinates technical execution across AIFX, technology partners, and customers from development and deployment through production operations and lifecycle management.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Finance, Strategy & Capital
The Chief Financial Officer oversees AIFX Networks’s financial strategy, capital planning, and long-term value creation. This role manages budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and investor reporting, while supporting strategic initiatives including OEM partnerships, licensing models, and scalable growth. The CFO plays a key role in aligning financial discipline with AIFX Networks’s expansion across AI infrastructure, federal programs, and partner-driven markets.
